SHIPPING
We ship to anywhere in the world!
All our products are dispatched within 2 business days and shipped to anywhere around the globe. We provide tracking with your order so you will always be kept up to date and know exactly where your beautiful, bedsmade sheets are at any time of the day or night.
Regarding shipping, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to drop us an email to support@bedsmade.com.au as we are happy to help out with any shipping questions or concerns.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, whilst we are happy to accept returns for exchange or refund, they MUST be unused and in their original packaging.
Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and are attending to your request.
Exchanges
We do allow exchanges for different sizes, in case a made a mistake when ordering. If you are able to get the product back to us in original condition and packaging, we'll replace it and ship the new item to you at no extra cost.
Refunds
We do offer refunds only if it is in its original, unopened packaging. We will process your refund to your original method of payment.
Once processed, please allow 7 working days for your refund to show up on your bank statement. If you haven’t received your approved refund after 7 working days of us notifying you of the return item receipt, please contact us at support@bedsmade.com.au
